1. 1 V SERIES BRAISING PAN Operator’s Routine Checklist ᄃ DAILY BEFORE OPERATION Verify pan is lowered completely. Switch power switch to the on position, power indi cator light will illuminate. Set thermostat to desired cooking temperature, and verify heat light is illuminated. If gas unit and the heat light goes out and does not heat refer to the operator’s manual for relighting instructions. DAILY AFTER USE Turn thermostat to lowest setting. Turn power switch off.
