1. MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS INSTRUCCIONES  Place food on the ceramic shelf and close the door securely.  Turn the Light Up Dial to the desired cooking time. Note that the light indicates the cooking time. Cooking will start Immediately.  After cooking or reheating, leave foods in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes for food to finish cooking and cool down  Use hot pads or oven mitts to remove food in order to prevent burns. WARNING X Do not turn the microwave on when it is empty . X Do not use aluminum foil, metal items, or dishes with metallic trim. X Do not use plastic food containers, unless identified as “microwave safe.” X Do not use paper towels , plates or other utensils made from recycled paper. CLEANING  For easy cleaning, wipe any splatters or spills with a soft damp cloth or sponge at the end of each day. For heavier spills, use mild soap and rinse thoroughly with hot water.  Coloque los alimentos en el estante de cerámica y cierre la puerta con firmeza .  Gire el Light Up Dial para el tiempo de cocción deseado.
